I assist nonprofits and universities in many aspects of website management, analytics, organization, and assessment. I’m most experienced in WordPress website management, but can also support Google Analytics (GA4) integration with a variety of platforms and CRMs.

I can support your organization in setting up GA4 events and building reports to provide valuable data on how visitors navigate your site. I have also helped clients set-up and maximize their use of Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, and Google Merchant Centers.

We can go further and utilize heatmaps, identify A/B testing opportunities, and install a sitemap to help search engines index your site better. I have also supported clients in finalizing website redesigns and served as the connector and translator between staff and a website designer or hosting platform.

Some of the success stats above are due to technical and UX/UI wins, such as installing the correct sitemap technology, decreasing page load time, and mapping out simpler user paths on a website.
